• A deep plum/ruby/purple color is accompanied by notes of toast, bacon fat, raspberries and black cherries intermixed with hints of roasted coffee and new saddle leather. Rich, medium to full-bodied, fleshy and silky-textured, it is already hard to resist, and should continue to drink well for 10-15 years.
  
  Deep dark ruby red color. Spices, red berries and delicate oak aromas. Round tannins and melted. Aromas of raspberries, blackberries and vanilla. Harmony between imperceptible acidity, tannins giving a good guard but softened by long aging in wood.
