• Chateau de Sérame Corbières reveals two magnificent terroirs on the estate that complement one another perfectly: one, a gravel plateau with a mainly calcareous clay sub-soil, in parts revealing a subsoil of schist, and the other, an impressive calcareous clay hillside, at the foot of which stretches a slope composed of large gravel and rounded pudding stones.
  
  The wine is deep garnet red in appearance.
  The aromatic richness of the Syrah combines spice and freshly ground pepper with floral notes.
  The balance of the wine’s soft body is irresistible: silky tannins support attractive weight on the palate, and aromas pervade throughout the tasting. On the finish, the wine retains a nice freshness and pronounced length.
  
  Food and wine matching : Ideal at 18°C with roasted poultry, grilled beef or mature cheeses.
